How long does it take to make my candles?

Processing Time : 5-10 working days for candles and customised crystal bracelets depending quantity. Once your order is made, we will send them out immediately! Processing Time for bulk orders will be communicated to you separately via email based on quantity.

Delivery Time : Upon sending out, courier will take 2-4 working days. (For Singapore only)

How much does delivery cost?

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We've made delivery super simple for you. Enjoy a flat $5 delivery fee, or get FREE delivery on orders over $150! Please note that we can't deliver to certain areas like Changi Airport, Paya Lebar Airport Communication Centre, and other offshore islands.

Important Bits to Remember:

  • No deliveries on public holidays.

  • You'll get a tracking number sent to your email once your order ships.

  • Expect your goodies to arrive within 2-4 working days (processing time not included). Just a heads up, there might be some delays during peak periods.

Overseas Delivery
We are happy to announce that we now offer shipping to Malaysia! Once delivery is collected from us, delivery time can vary from 9-18 days depending on your location. Candlebites will not be responsible for lost deliveries, so please ensure that you enter your correct address and we will make sure to send out the package securely.

Self Pick-Up Options. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer self pick-up options in Singapore! Send us a message via Instagram or WhatsApp to check availability and schedule your pick-up slot. Once your pick up slot is confirmed, we will refund the $5 delivery amount to you.

What is your refund policy?

We only offer refunds for faulty products (e.g., broken candles, snapped bracelets). To qualify for a refund, you must provide an unboxing video starting from when the package is sealed. The video must be unedited, and the product must be unused. Request a refund within 7 days after the parcel is delivered. We will not be able to provide a refund after 7 days.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. Please review your order carefully before making a purchase.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Once the address is keyed in, we cannot change it. Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address once the parcel has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to Malaysia! We are looking to expanding to other SEA countries soon so stay tuned!

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can only be made if your order hasn’t been processed. If you wish to cancel, please email us at hellocandlebites@gmail.com with the subject "Cancellation." For urgent requests, send us a DM on Instagram.
